Club.Tran Outdoor Bootcamp
Location: Pier 46 - Charles St/West Side Highway
50 minute full-body outdoor bootcamp consists of booty bands, jump ropes, resistance bands, lower/upper bodyweight exercises, running, and core movements.
Bring your own towel and water. Bathrooms on premises. All fitness levels welcome.
If it’s raining, the session will be cancelled and you’ll be notified at least 2 hours before. If there are less than 4 people signed up, the session could be cancelled and you’ll be notified at least 2 hours before.
Unlimited Summer Members will be given the schedule 4 weeks in advance.
Pride Bootcamp proceeds go to The Door. The Door’s mission is to empower young people to reach their potential by providing comprehensive youth development services in a diverse and caring environment.
