LET US GIVE THANKS!


Thanksgiving is here!  With Sandy Aftermath still here on the East Coast, there's so much to be thankful for this year more than ever!  It's the season of giving so if you can, donate to the American Red Cross by texting REDCROSS to 90999 or to any of your preferred charities.   



Here's what I'm thankful for this year:

1.  FAMILY & FRIENDS:  My mom is my rock and my soul!  She has helped me through so much this year and I couldn't be more thankful for her support.  Also, I've made a few new friends that have also kept me sane and grounded throughout this whirlwind of a year.  Allin has been there everyday with no judgements, just love! 

2.  NYHRC & NYSC:  I started a new career this year in fitness teaching cycling classes!  New York Health & Racquet Club was the first gym to hire me as an instructor and it was there that I was able to build confidence and gain experience.  After a month, I was hired at New York Sports Club and immediately began teaching 8-10 classes a week.  The joy I get from being apart of people's lives for 45 minutes is something I have never felt before and I am so thankful and lucky!



3.  HEALTH:  Fitness is a lifestyle and I make it a priority everyday to sweat!  Heart healthy workouts mixed with a vegetarian diet has kept me staying fit and able to help others achieve their goals!

4.  MUSIC:  ...makes the people come together!  My girls... Mariah, Beyonce, Rihanna, Jennifer & the late Great Whitney!
